Seeking Early Readers
If you have lost someone dear to suicide, or if you have lost a child, a sibling, a parent or a friend to any manner of death or separation, or if you know someone who is grieving and would like to read my book, Love in the Archives, a Patchwork of True Stories About Suicide Loss, I would love to send you a digital ARC (advance reader copy) as soon as they are released, probably in July. In exchange, I ask that if you find the book meaningful you order an advance copy, either the Kindle version or paperback, and write an honest review on Amazon. It only needs to be a few sentences.
Please click the button to email evcollins11@gmail.com and I will add you to the list of advance readers.
With Gratitude,
Eileen

When my fifteen-year-old daughter lost her battle with depression and took her life, I read everything I could find about suicide. But what I wanted most were real stories from people who had experienced this horrific pain and lived through it. Eventually, I wrote my own stories. You can read some of them on the "Selected Essays" page. In the Fall of 2023 my book, a collection of linked narrative essays will be published by Apprentice House Press.
